Hello! My name is Trae. 

I’m a Vietnamese-Canadian producer based in Toronto. I’m passionate about bringing ideas to life, small or grand. My career began at the age of 12, when I was keeping my Neopets well-fed and thriving while crafting imaginative worlds on my Barbie.com account. Now at 27, I manage and produce every project with a blend of thoughtful logistics, decisive and intentional creativity.



Background

In 2017, I started as a photo and video intern at Tier Zero, a former creative and production agency. Growing with the company from it’s inception, I quickly recognized the critical role of logistics in driving success. Over the next seven years, I dedicated my skills and learnings to serving as Tier Zero's Senior Producer, leading every project from pre-pro, shoot to post-production. A remarkable six years—my greatest pride lies in nurturing the company’s culture, financial growth, producing impactful stories, and enhancing production processes - all alongside a group of individuals I proudly call my brothers and sisters.
