NBA FILM FOR FANS


NBA Canada launched ‘Film For Fans’ an open call to filmmakers to pitch a one pager revolving around basketball. Chosen filmmakers would receive a grant to make a short film about it. Tier Zero pitched and were chosen. We brought “BOUNCE” to life and our film was then selected to premier at the NBA All Star Weekend 2022 in Utah, Salt Lake City.

We wanted to share our film with the friends, family, clients, and community who have always supported Tier Zero as storytellers. The night before leaving to Utah, we rented a theater in Toronto for a private screening of "BOUNCE." To further support Daedae and Amru's trip, we also created merch for purchase, with all proceeds contributing to their trip to Utah. 



All Star Weekend
THE KIDS FIRST TIME LEAVING CANADA - EXPEDITED PASSPORTS - COORDINATE TRAVEL & ACCOMODATIONS FOR 12 PEOPLE - I WAS PRETTY MUCH A MOM THIS TRIP
When we recieved the news that our film had been selected to premiere during All-Star Weekend, we wanted to ensure Daedae, Amru, and the Tier Zero team members who worked on the film could experience it on the big screen in Utah. So, we booked 12 flights to Salt Lake City and took on the role of chaperones for an unforgettable weekend.  .
